About Us
About Us

Ammonite (Cleoniceras) ~ the name is derived from the organism's resemblance to a coiled ram's horn, after the god Ammon (that was depicted as a man with ram's horns).
The Back Alley Rock Shop believes that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team of 2 is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
We offer true Alaskan hospitality. Most folks who visit us think we're a museum when they first enter.
I have been a resident here for 34 years. I have a passion for the natural things around. Rocks are forever. Fossils fascinate me. I have lots of both.
